We can start with real pet peeves and then start getting creative once we have finished venting.

I've only ever lived one other place where I witnessed this on a regular basis (Wilmington, NC), and it makes you want to leap from your moving car into that of the pinhead not letting you pass after he'd been poking along and bludgeon him.
