Same same but different (as we say in Thailand). I love it.
I must be a big strange because even though the lovely sunny summer photos are wonderful, I fantasize about being there in the winter during a violent storm. As much as I fear the ocean, I am happiest when it is agitated and dangerous, which is not quite the situation here.
Okay, I admit it. I would like being there in the summer, too.

I was hoping for a bit of stormy weather myself, and although it threatened once or twice, the 3 days I was here were by all accounts the nicest days the city has seen this summer.

Really beautiful. It appears you got very lucky with the weather too. I'd love to go back and visit St John's. Especially when the sky and water are as blue as in your photos. I'll leave the stormy weather to the rest of you.

A close friend of mine is there right now. Seems there is very hard rain.
