16. (spindrift, you're 15): This is really,really common in New Orleans. People who stop in the middle of the street to converse with someone,not asking directions,I mean visit. I've actually seen the pedestrian offer a cold beer to the driver and watch he or she pop it open and swill!

21. people who go on their bike quite slowly, so i have to overtake them, which on narrow cycling lanes and busy streets takes a while and is annoying - and who then, at the next red traffic light, at which i of course stop, just pass the traffic light, thus passing me, making me have to overtake them all over again once the light turns green.

I've only ever lived one other place where I witnessed this on a regular basis (Wilmington, NC), and it makes you want to leap from your moving car into that of the pinhead not letting you pass after he'd been poking along and bludgeon him.
