I just found out about this website. It should be really useful for people in the US and in certain parts of Canada:

http://www.artfaircalendar.com/

I looked around the site a little bit, and it's quite impressive. Worlds of information can be found for artists, art-lovers, and fans of festivals.

The links within the site are all useful and extensive, as well. There is an entire section of artists' links, for instance.
