There is certainly lots of corrugated metal in the various photos, but the two buildings on the left and that green roof extension on the right in that particular picture look like something else. Maybe Bjd has the exact address & I can use google street view to zero in on the buildings.

I don't know, Bixa. I would think it's some kind of sheet metal put up to protect the walls. A lot of those old houses up on the hills are wooden and since Valparaiso is on the coast, it rains quite a lot, so I would guess the metal is put there to protect the wooden walls.
