Oooo ~~ don't know that one! What does it mean? Not sure if I can explain it correctly, bixa, but I think it has something to do with the shapeliness and attractiveness of one's derriere.

"Look..." (used ad nauseum since the last USA election, by politicians and media people trying to make a point)

great minds ......... I listed that one a while back. This one really annoys me, although it's become almost universal. It's a great example of salesperson-speak worming its way into real language: "home", when what is meant is "house", as in: "Yeah, they're putting up some great big homes in the new subdivision." or "Parade of Homes"

(so solly, haha, I'm afraid my memory chips just didn't retain that one!)
weather event rain or snow event and weatherpeople who act they they have some kind of control over the weather. As in, "As soon as we can get this rain outta here and get that sunshine back out again, we'll be in great shape!"
Oh, wait. That last should go under pet peeves, I guess.

As bixa pointed out, there is a whole class of "unreal estate agent" speak: "home" for house, and so many other bullshit words torturing reality.
A snotty aunt of mine asked me whether I had a "home" yet. Where I live is my home, even if it is a one-bedroom flat. You can't sell a "home".
