Palesa has been begging me to post this receipe.... Palesa, you better try it, oh so yummy!
Prep time : 10 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
*1 ready-made pizza base *1 ball buffalo mozzarella, drained and sliced *2 fresh figs, sliced *4 yellow plums, pitted and slcied *a handful of purple basil leaves (I use the green basil when I cannot get the purple basil) *6-8 caper berries *freshly ground black pepper, for seasoning *extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Method:
preheat oven to 200 deg.C place pizza on oven tray top with mozzarella, fig, plum,basil leaves, caper berries season with pepper and a little olive oil bake until cheese starts to melt, then remove and serve warm

It sounds interesting and I would try it. I am not that fond of figs though but in this combination it might be good.

Tried it last nite,no plums, Mr. C. befuddled at Whole F., took the liberty of drizzling a wee bit of balSamic vinegar on top, it seemed to call for it. The figs were the ticket. I think maybe next time adding a mild goat cheese.

Yeah Fat! It was a veggie potluck but I could see some embelishments easily with animal fat.
