Crikey, you'd kill for a voice like that...

He sounds just like I do when I'm having a bath. ............ with no straining! And that's perfectly why I never got on with Jose Carreras, up on his toes all the time. Nor, never mind the technical brilliance, did Pavarotti get my vote ever against Domingo.

I guess I always have some low-level, almost sub-conscious homesickness for Louisiana. This brought it to the forefront ~~

Marseille hip hop has become a genre in itself in France and it is often quite pleasant, since it vaunts the sunny Mediterranean lifestyle in stark contrast to cold gray ugly Paris.

Re: #98 ~~ "endless red tape to keep the truth confined" Good music, too. The lyrical portions of #99 remind me of 80s music in a really nice way.

I don't know if everybody realizes how incredible this video is -- shot in just one long sequence with no editing. My guess is that they had to do at least 30 takes to get it so perfect, all playing the same instrument with no fuck ups.

I want to slap her for her fat fake lips, her fake name and the total soulless fabrication of her whole existence (absolutely zero emotion at any time on her robot face, no matter what she sings), but I do like Lana Del Rey's Video Games.

I wish I hadn't had to see Lana Del Rey, because I really love the song & the voice.
Both of the Somebody I Used to Know videos are cool, but the Goyte vocals seem more suited to the song. But the music in the Walk Off the Earth one is great.

The Gauthier* tidal wave continues to submerge Europe. This version without visual gimmicks conveys more emotion as far as I am concerned.
*His real name is Wouter De Backer and Wouter is the Flemish version of the French name Gauthier.

Yes, I still enjoy hearing it, too, but I am afraid that saturation is approaching -- I think I heard it in the supermarket yesterday.

I like it, but that family seems just a tad dysfunctional. I liked it too but the video conjured up quite a few unpleasant memories of what could most certainly be deemed dysfunctional.
