It is prounced with a slightly higher intonation on the 'it'. I have seen a restaurant in London named 'Itsu'...

Russian: kogda?
The transliteration in most phrasebooks is "kagda", although it's "kogda" in Cyrillic script.
The correct pronunciation must be somewhere between o and a.
