But then you run the risk if having the sign that pops up on the top of the NEXT page.......or not.

Patrick, I feel sorry for the poor dog. Strange customs in the East End.

Actually, that was at Faversham in Kent, when I went to visit the Brogdale fruit collections. These are in the East End: Outside a pub on Commercial Road: and round the corner in Watney Market: My blog | My photos | My video clips"too literate to be spam"

The French love dirty words in English. I'm sure that more than one tourist who accidentally turned on the television in France has been surprised to hear things like motherfucker or fuck you on totally mainstream programmes suitable for children. This is usually when people are inventing "American movie dialogue" for comic effect. Nasty words never sound as nasty in any language that is not your mother tongue.

It's getting to be a tradition that whenever we visit friends down there we end up going for a long walk in the woods. Why were you there lizzy?

We lived in Hugelsheim, a little village about 40KM away. My father was in the Canadian Air Force. Karlsruhe had the zoo and the magnificent palace, my two passions when I was a kid.

I've been to the zoo but not any palace. Didn't know there was one. It'll be on my list then.
