The pirate 'what you get' has a step or two before now though surely?
Shouldn't it be -
Download from Pirate Bay --> Burn to DVD --> Insert DVD --> watch movie
Or more likely still two steps -
Download from Pirate Bay --> Watch on computer

I think the version depicted is more along the lines of the Pakistani vendors with DVD jackets displayed on the sidewalk in front of my building, selling them for 4 or 5€ (actually I have no idea what they're selling them for -- we have only had these pirate vendors in Paris for about a year, but they are most definitely selling the same movies that are currently playing in the cinemas). Downloaders on the other hand are often watching films that haven't even been released yet.
