This is a variation of the game played with movie characters, but this will be characters from books. Should we have rules? How about all fictional characters and we try to use last names, but first names if the character is mostly thought of by the first name, i.e., Anne of Green Gables for A.

Rest, my pet? HA! I must need rest, because I didn't catch YOUR mistake.
A = Aladdin
B = Benjamin Button
C = David Copperfield
Then someone jumped directly from C to E. Humph. We're still okay -- we'll just pretend that my reply #4 comes before your reply #3.
D = Tess Durbeyfield
E = Erato
Now we're on F.

tsk tsk at Spindrift ~~ I think the one rule that runs through all forum games is that a person can't post an answer twice in succession unless 24 hours has passed with no answers. Is that correct?
