I'm not sure I'm the only one misinterpreting things here: Obviously none of us want to eat pesticides, but that is not an issue for a lot of those GM foods, since they were created not to need pesticides. Monsanto's Roundup-Ready crops are created to be RESISTANT to Monsanto's herbicide Roundup, so that farmers can spray with impunity, killing only the weeds, not the crop. How does that make them less toxic than organic crops?

Because they can wash off the pesticide with a new chemical bath after harvesting!
