Methinks "Lucinda" is a tad bit too nervous to stay in an apartment...this also from TA. Wonder where she kept finding all the dog filth and stained sheets after the place had been cleaned and she received a discount? Love the bit about the "caller who fled when confronted"!
A la Carte Paris Apartment Rentals Jun 11, 2016, 3:44 PM Monceau Majestic, Avenue de Wagram
- is full of dog filth, has stains on sheets.
- Initial complaints were met with denial.
- verified complaints produced some clean-up plus 15% refund
- subsequent complaints of more dog filth plus stained sheets were ignored.
- unsafe apt building: our 4th floor doorbell was rung twice by a caller who fled into elevator when confronted
- cheap furniture is falling apart: bedside tables, stools in kitchen, commode in living room.
After 4 days we moved to a hotel for the remainder of our 9 day rental.

The death threats are a much more serious offence than the Nigerian scams. I hope she did contact the RCMP, or another police force.
And people seeing mass murders as a real estate opportunity is beyond sick.

But I read an amazingly interesting article on the Washington Post website: Derek BlackThe website is mentioned in the article, since the person's father runs it. Believe me, the above snippet is practically nothing compared to a lot of the stuff on the site.

Hi! Will be travelling to Paris with my elderly mother in Dec 2016. There are days my mom will not be coming with us for sightseeing and will just stay in the apartment we are renting. Part of her her daily food staple is rice. Is uncooked rice sold in Franprix or Monoprix? If not, where can we buy them in Paris?

It has been a long time since I have been there, but I am like a fly drawn to shit sometimes...
Question
Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu. I hear that restrooms at Hajj sites are hard to use, especially at Muzdalifah. I have heard this from male speakers. I wonder how a woman may use them then. It is very difficult. I mean, if I think about myself, starting from shoes (they are not open sandals like men), socks, trouser, shirt, abaya, gloves, niqaab, head covering, and so on, it is very hard to manage even in a 5-star hotel's public restroom, and it takes time, I cannot imagine how I could manage doing this in a place that is already hard to use, even by men who only wear two sheets of cloth and their usual slippers. Please advise with some tips (if any). Tissues are allowed after toilet use, praise be to Allaah, I will use them instead of water, Allaah willing, but instead of performing ablution, can I do Tayammum (dry ablution) instead, out of fear of impurities? If not, then if my clothes or my body itself were to become impure in the toilet or while performing ablution and the situation is such that I either have to change that garment or take a full shower and what is needed is not available, like a garment, a shower facility, or enough time, then can I pray in whatever state I am by doing Tayammum for the rest of the days until I am able to wash up or change? If not, then what is the solution? If yes, will I have to repeat those prayers? And will I be considered pure and able to perform all acts, like touching a Mushaf (copy of the Quran) and so on? May Allaah reward you Shaykh.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.
Your question stems from evident Waswaas (obsessive whisperings). Hence, our advice to you is to ignore these whisperings and not pay any attention to them.
In principle, the floor of bathrooms and toilets is pure, unless you know for certain that it is impure.
As for the difficulty in using the toilets, it might be that the person who said this meant their small number in comparison to the large number of pilgrims.
In terms of purity, applying the principle that the floor, walls and other things are pure is enough to remove all problems.
On the other hand, it is not permissible for you to perform Tayammum while you are able to use water, and you have to repel the whisperings and get rid of them.
If we assume that you are certain that part of your clothes have become impure, then purifying them is done by pouring water on them, but you should not rule that part of your body or clothes have become impure except with such certainty that you are able to swear that they have become impure. Without this type of certainty, you should apply the principle, which is that they are pure.
You can recite the Quran and touch the Mus-haf if there is impurity on your clothes or on your body provided that you have ablution when touching the Mus-haf.
Allah knows best.

Oh damn, I can't help myself. I just have to post another one.
Question
I have asked this question before, but due to insufficient information, I did not get a fatwa and satisfactory answer. I have elaborated on it here. I request you to provide me with a fatwa to save me from a sin. I forced my cousin to marry me and threatened that if he did not do so, I would commit suicide. He called me and had a person on the call (which he said was a "Molvi"), asked me thrice if I accepted him in marriage, and I said yes three times on the phone. There was no witness at my side. I do not know about the other side of the phone how many people were present, who was the person who asked me about acceptance, and whether the call was on speaker or not at that time. We both knew that it would just be a temporary marriage and that it would not be consummated. He later said that there was no witness at his side and that the person who asked me about acceptance was a common person (his friend); he did this because I forced him. However, since he lies 80% of the time, I cannot trust him. I am still in doubt as to whether this was a real or a fake marriage, because it could be possible that there were two witnesses at his side and that the call was on speaker and that they all heard the proposal and acceptance. I met the guy two or three times alone, but we did not have intercourse. Later on, I asked for a divorce and he said thrice, "I swear by God that there was no marriage, but on your insistence, I divorce you." (This was also on the phone.) I never observed an 'Iddah (waiting period).
1) Was this marriage valid?
2) Can I now remarry someone else without letting any one (my parents and my fiancé) know about this?
3) If this was a defective marriage, then how can I invalidate it given that he has already divorced me?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.
Marriage is one of the rituals that should be respected and honored by a Muslim. Allah says (what means): {And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.} [Quran 30:21] Also, Allah called it a solemn covenant; Allah says (what means): {And how could you take it while you have gone in unto each other and they have taken from you a solemn covenant?} [Quran 4:21]
It is for this reason that the Sharia set certain conditions for it, which we have already mentioned in fatwa 83629, so please refer to it.
Therefore, marriage must be conducted with the permission of the guardian and the presence of (two) witnesses, and they must hear the proposal and acceptance from both parties. As for what happened between you, a phone call and presenting the matter of marriage to you and you agreeing to it, then this is not a marriage to start with, let alone it being a valid marriage. Rather, what happened was just a kind of frivolous play.
Therefore, you did not become your cousin's wife by what happened. You may proceed with getting married, and you are not obliged to inform anyone of what had happened, including your parents and your fiancé.
We should also point out that if the marriage is one about which the scholars differed in opinion regarding its invalidity, then some scholars believe that there is no need for annulment or divorce, and some of them are of the view that separation should take place either by annulment or divorce, and that is the view that we adopt here at Islamweb.
Allah knows best.

WTF?
The V2K speakers often tell me something they are investigating of. It was about the Future Research Institute around 2015 and I wrote down the information as 2035 and such. The original was in my Operation Pendulum book and the later one is 2035 which I haven't finish typing up from the sketches and drafts. I do have the scanned stuffs for publishing.
The current story is about the lionhead goldfish or Oranda goldfish types. The lionhead gold fish got a large bump in front of their heads. And the V2K speakers told me that they found the way how it was created from its calcium intake pattern. The bump area is developed through the small fish babies just gathered and merged into the eye area as to attract the extra female numbers in the day time. So, the small fish materials are actually eaten like the Jungle Law to make one fish stronger looking and smarter looking. The V2K speakers told me the German researchers developed this theory and proved it in Tokyo science club.
Another issues are like how the giraffe made their necks longer and why 4 leg animals got the knee part bending different from monkeys and others. Giraffe got long necks due to the abundance of the tree leaves on the top area than the lower area because only the trees get taller and wise trees always make more fruits above around the reachable area for making animals gathering there yet the higher spots are for the scarce times to reach. What if the animal could be on top of the tree to be safe and eating alone? That was the purpose of the original giraffe families' idea. So, the young ones started rolling around while their mouths bit the tree trunks to make them bend. It gave a massive strength to their neck bones and later they found the water drinking around the toe line to be a normal gesture of being manly and awake instead of sitting at the spot to drink. And these motions made them to have further capacities of playing with the tree branches while they bend and hanging around to make the taller trees to make the edible spot lower for the siblings. Such emotional information and desire to play with the trees are kept inside of the giraffes' brain and that was the study done by the neuro analysts.
The last one, knee part suited for the splinting for 4 leg animals. It was more of the injury caused isse to make them having the knee bone structures due to the fractures. Same animals would have same accidents more often and it could be at the pebble filled area where the skinny animals with thin legs often twisted their knee joints and bones from the fall. This was found from the rhinos and bears that have thick legs and thick knee joints as the comparison to the deer type animals.
I don't really know much about these new evolution theories. I could get money if I know them when I was studying physical anthropology or something. Well, I just finish "Noriko Tower Noriko Hour" booklet by tomorrow. Xmas is coming and I need to do something with a safe quiet place to cerebrate Natalie.
Ah, my nose still bleeds. I had CT scan for 6000SRD yesterday. I picked up the CD and the film. I meet my doctor tomorrow. The total cost till now?
•Ambulance and emergency hospital visit - 4000SRD •Full teeth x-ray (photo emailed and the film w/o CD) - 1000SRD •Rhinoplasty doctor visit (one time payment) - 4000SRD •Bulfen and Palitrex for 1 week - 2400SRD? •CT scan at the university hospital (film and CD) - 6000SRD
It was around 130€ value. I just have the nose bleeding ability now. I could make the bloody hand prints and bloody fingerprints everywhere for scaring people. Also, I can mess around with perp's restaurants by releasing my nose stuffing (rolled toilet paper) to make the floor and the table bloody and smelly.

Among the numerous situations that may arise during this season are the Christmas lights. Little Omar –with awe and delight, one evening as you’re passing by lit up houses on the way to the Masjid –may exclaim: “Look, the lights are so pretty!” you look at him frowning, “No, no, no! Omar, those are ugly!” you reply scolding him.
Omar may never tell you he thinks the lights are pretty again, because he doesn’t want to disappoint you. However, that doesn’t mean that this is what he thinks. He may still believe that the lights are pretty; and in addition, he may feel that this is untrue!
It may even be hard for you to tell someone the lights are ugly – possibly because you don’t even believe that yourself. Why? Because the lights are delightful to most, young and old alike, that’s why they are used for all sorts of festive occasions. The fact is, although they may be nice to look at, the underlying reason is that they are used at this time of the year, and this is what is ugly… not the lights themselves.
All the children can see are the lights in a rainbow of colors, flashing and twinkling. They don’t see the Kufr (disbelief) that is being celebrated inside the lit-up houses. This is why it is so vital that the situation be fully explained and not simply brushed off. We must tackle these situations with a detailed explanation, and only with that will a new Muslim or a child fully understand why the lights or decorations are so unappealing during this time of the year.
It is important that they understand that the lights themselves are not Haraam (forbidden). They are simply small colored light bulbs on a string that can be used to any purpose whatsoever, just as any other light bulb. In many places all over the world, they are used for various reasons totally unrelated to any religious holiday. It is not the lights that should be the focus; it is what lies beneath that which is important.
You could spend the entire afternoon arguing your point that lights are ugly and the end result may still be that they don’t agree. Even after a debate on the issue, you may feel that you have come out the winner, but think about this: what was really won – your opinion? Unfortunately, that’s not a good enough reason for anyone, even a child, to agree with you and change their mind. Furthermore, by only discussing the irrelevant issue of the lights – what did they learn? Probably not much, except may be how to become a better debater next time.
Christmas, this year in particular, is a good opportunity to sit down and fully explain the major differences between Islam and Christianity to a new Muslim or a child. The explanation should be according to the age level of the child, and according to the knowledge of the teenager or adult. One should emphasize on the Kufr that is behind all of it, and how non-Muslim parents lie to their children about the fictitious Santa character! One should explain that the time of the year Christmas falls in is an ancient pagan holiday and that adorning the evergreen trees with decorations is a practice of pagans, and that it’s even forbidden in the Bible (Jeremiah 10:3-4)!

What a surprise that the leftist liberal socialist democrat media can't stand for Donald Trump to be able to address the American people directly without being filtered through their shrill bias. How easily you are outsmarted in the 21st century simply by going directly to 'we the people', controlling the narrative, and by-passing the globalist's MSM propaganda tools. Hey WaPo and hate-America-firsters: looks like America's going to be great again whether you want it to be or not!

Scootoir, after the "Snakes on a Plane" Thanksgiving trip a few years ago, we have been religious about cleaning our seat area on our trips over. And we clean everything! The Air France plane we were on was not clean and Chaz got sick exactly 48 hours after the flight, then me, 48 hours after he got sick. We have encountered others on previous flights also cleaning their seat areas upon boarding. You are definitely not alone! We figure we have nothing to lose by doing it. So thank goodness for Clorox wipes!

What is the toughest country in regard to stalking laws, following, reading ppl mails, internet surfings ect, i want to travel to A RESPONSIBLE COUNTRY , laws are excecuted not only PAPER.
Women rights are protected not only by paper, and stalking is considered a crime as stealing. Europe union considered yesterday hacking a computer and stalking emails is a crime like drug dealers dealing, but is this law is executed in practise or only PAPER. Why should victims move instead of CRIMINALS PUNISHED?

I want to know if there is another country like the Netherlands from mercy killing, weed, prostitution rights, liberal economics, the hague court, this question is not for you. i dont bother travelling to socialist countries. And why do you answer here, if u dont like the topic.

The U.S. Embassy in France informs U.S. citizens that there will be a demonstration near the Embassy on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 to protest U.S. policies. The demonstration is scheduled to take place at Place Madeleine, in the 8th district, at 6:30 p.m.
Even demonstrations intended to be peaceful can turn confrontational and escalate into violence. Avoid areas where demonstrations are taking place and exercise caution when in the vicinity of any large gatherings, protests, or demonstrations.
