Streaming world television

Maybe I am alone in this, but I am often fascinated by programmes broadcast in other countries, especially when I really don't know anything about the media of the country. Take, for example, a friendly country like Ireland. It isn't really a mystery to us -- at least it doesn't seem so -- but do you know what the national television channel talks about?
