In a moving tribute to all the victims of the Fukushima disaster, 10 000 amateur chorus singers gave a striking performance of Beethoven's "Ode to Joy" in Osaka, Japan. At the end of every year in Japan a performance of "Daiku" is a moving experience. More so last year, as the singers were sending out a direct dedication in memory of the victims of the disastrous tsunami and nuclear disaster in March 2011.
10 000 amateur chorus singers got together and gave a remarkable and striking performance of Beethoven's 9th Symphony in D minor, Op. 125.
Anybody who is not moved by this performance loses points in my book.
