That lucky cat lives in La Mouzaia, Mossie.
It wasn't really trapped behind the bars, but The opening "disappeared" once I cropped the picture.

Super Rikita. Your mini leopard looks very cross at having her picture taken.

Thanks Lugg. You know I'm not sure what breed it is. They were huge though, and those were the only kinds they had at the Kings Landing historical village.

Yes, the expressions speak volumes. I would especially love to sometime see a pic such as this amd have posters contribute "thought balloons" with their impressions/thoughts at what each subject is thinking. The dog's expression especially brings many to mind.

That's a cute idea and would work well in The Arcade. You could start a thread there for it. That way people could also use pictures they didn't take themselves. Just a reminder of why the Image Bank was created (highlight added by me): Here are some guidelines to help make the Image Bank more enjoyable for everyone. “Quoting” pictures disrupts the flow of the thread, and wastes bandwidth. Simply refer to the photo on which you want to comment rather than "quoting" it. You are encouraged to express yourself regarding the photos on display, but chat should be kept to a minimum on the photo threads. Only your own photos may be posted. Any Port in a Storm encourages members to create threads that illustrate a place or tell a story. The other boards on the forum provide many opportunities for that. The Image Bank was created as a showcase for members’ best photographic efforts. Use discretion to select photos in which you take particular pride. The clean-up crew occasionally goes through the Image Bank and some content might be removed. Names of certain threads may be modified as well.

I was not in any way suggesting that we alter The Image Bank guidelines. I actually wish more discretion was used by all. Sometimes it gets very cluttered IMHO.
Rikita, the cat shots are fabulous.

Excellent additions guys - I agree Casi - good idea for a new thread. Rikita- your Mum's cat is so similar to mine ( post 4) except for the shape of the eyes - is the cat female or male ?

Thanks, Tod! Yes, that's my little doggy daughter Darla. That's a face that will just make your heart melt! Too true. In the picture she's ensconced on my bed, where the dogs aren't allowed.

Bixa, your photo of Darla brought a smile to my face today and an urge to grab her through the screen. If she were mine it would be hard to put her down, I would want to snuggle her all day.

Bixa, your photo of Darla brought a smile to my face today and an urge to grab her through the screen. If she were mine it would be hard to put her down, I would want to snuggle her all day. Thank you, Mich! I often want to snuggle her, but it's not all that easy due to her queenliness. She'll come over to me when she wants affection & is sometimes quite affectionate. But most of the time she wants to be picked up so that she can be higher than anyone else. If I put her on my lap I am allowed a token amount of hugging, but then she needs to turn around & sit up straight on the end of my knees so she can survey her domain and look down her nose at the other dogs. She particularly likes to be picked up when I'm standing so that I can hoist her so that her head is higher than mine -- as it should be, considering her higher social status.
