It's remarkable how many 12-word titles there are. Too bad we are just starting 11!

No, Casimira, one of the first rules was that all titles must be in English.

I've seen this type of pattern emerge in other personalities. I must consult my DSM IV,need to dig it out. Classic textbook case...

This won't go on indefinitely, but let's see how far it can go. The object is to name 10 movies (English title only) -- the first set being one word titles, second set two word titles, third set three word titles... and so on. I'll start the first group with 1. Giant This is the OP when the game started.

So, you're counting 'Mixed-Up' as one word, Mr Rule-Bender ... ?

Post by Deleted on Mar 15, 2009 20:02:34 GMT
The rule bending is coming later. I have another title with a hypenated word from which I must remove the hyphen to make it fit. And what title are you proposing this week-end? Or are you waiting until to-morrow?
|
|
|
Post by gyro on Mar 15, 2009 20:04:57 GMT
I'm not waiting, I'm stuck. But seeing as how I was going to use the one you just used when we got to 12 word titles, as it should be, I'm sure we can be a lot more liberal with our answers now ....

Ha, I was just thinking of doing something like "13-to-20 word titles" when the game really got difficult.

7. Dealing: Or the Berkeley to Boston Forty Brick Lost Bag Blues

10. Her Majesty, Queen Victoria, Reviewing the Household Cavalry at Spital Barracks (This last epic from 1899 is probably not a full-length feature film.)
On to 12-word titles.....
