Excited at the sense of possibility...
As the steam from your tea evaporates, I see many interesting events in your future! Rejoice! The joyful play of circles in your cup suggests happiness in the months ahead! Along the top rim of the cup is a piece of fruit. You may soon receive a joyous windfall. Happiness is yours!
Love this...
I also see a sun, suggesting great joy and lightness about to surround you. Truly rejoice!
Closer to the bottom of the cup I see an arrow, the deliverer of good news. Face the challenge before you head on and you will succeed on many levels. I also see a pear. It may be better to hold off on your best ideas for now. Opportunity will present itself later. All the shapes reveal themselves in a clear clockwise spiral within the cup. The letter F is apparent within the cup. Someone with this initial may invite you on a journey.
hmmm, who is F? I don't know a single person whose name begins with F.

Mine says I am going to soon be having a great time with a person with this initial, the initial being "Z" so I guess Zorro will be making a stop at my home soon.

As the steam from the tea evaporates, I see many interesting events in your future! The presence of so many circles suggests that much happiness may be headed your way!
Near the top of the cup I see an eagle, signifying pride. Rejoice in your success, as long as you have helped others. Otherwise, be wary of avarice. I also see an ostrich. You are at the start of a long spiritual journey.
At the base of the cup I see a monkey. Scratch another's back, and he or she will scratch yours. Your happiness may increase tenfold. I also see a sword. Stay focused on your goals. Now is not the time for you to pick a fight.
All the shapes reveal themselves in a clear counterclockwise spiral within the cup. Do not look for your fortune to change so quickly. Patience will serve you well. Your journey is worthwhile. The letter A is apparent in the cup. Opportunity may come from a person with this initial.
Hmmm... my best friend's name begins with an A and also the person at the head office of my company whom I warned last week that the company could pay me the back pay it owes me, or pay three times more if I go to labor court.

Someone with the letter D may invite you on a journey
Our local bus route numbers are prefixed with a D. OOh spooky!

the head office of my company whom I warned last week that the company could pay me the back pay it owes me, or pay three times more if I go to labor court. Perhaps they are docking you for the time you squander at Any Port while at "work"?

Ha ha.... my "work" has been outsourced to India since April, so I am sitting in my office doing nothing about 85% of the time. However, I did investigate what happens when they terminate me, and it involves a minimum of 20 months of salary as per the collective agreement. That's in addition to "what they owe me" if I go to court, which represents an additonal 8 months of salary or so. What is good in both cases is that it would not be taxable or subject to social contributions. And that means 40% more. Think I'll have some tea to celebrate.

How close to retirement age are you K2? Perhaps you can milk this fully. AND keep on moderating Any Port on your employer's dime.
BTW, I heard on the news (PBS) that the French people are outraged at plans to raise the retirement age from 60 to 62 to deal with budget deficits.
Poor things! Here it is 65 and rising, depending on your birth year. Plus our work-week is 40 hours, not 35 like yours. And we don't get 5 weeks of paid vacation. Or a pension that's equal to or larger than our working pay....

here it also depends on your birth year, i think for me it's something like at least 67, though i sometimes doubt there will be pensions at all when i reach that age. and apart, so far i never earned enough to anyway get a pension that is above the social minimal payments... maybe i should get lots of kids so they can feed me later on...

maybe i should get lots of kids so they can feed me later on... Could backfire on you, rikita. Kids nowadays have a way of boomeranging back home, just when you think you've launched them on their own lives. Instead of feeding you, you could end up feeding them. (My inlaws had to buy a condo to escape the 58 year old son and DIL who came back to live with them...)

yeah that is what i might do for now... but couldn't they just say "no" to their son?

|
|
Post by Kimby on Jul 12, 2010 14:09:46 GMT
Apparently not. They are afraid he may become suicidal if he "fails". They'd rather help him succeed (if that's possible) than watch him go to pieces. But they couldn't bear living with the two of them anymore (just 5 months in the summer as they winter in Florida), so they bought a condo nearby to live in themselves and have abandoned their home of 55 years to the prodigal son.

hm i see... well, i guess i'd just hope that wouldn#t happen in my case. or well, if my son was 55 i would be at least 86, so i'd anyway already be at that age where i would have no pension and not work anymore - so he will have to to take care of me...

They are 87 and 90, and more capable than their disfunctional son and DIL, sadly....

well i guess that is problematic then... i guess sometimes things just are like that... has their son always been like that? does he have some problems (psychological or drugs, i mean?)

well i guess that is problematic then... i guess sometimes things just are like that... has their son always been like that? does he have some problems (psychological or drugs, i mean?) He's a one-of-a-kind unique individual who can't be pigeon-holed. We believe he's bipolar, but he will only admit to being depressed. He's also a hypochondriac. He "adopted" his Russian wife when she was 18 years old and he was 51! She also is a nutcase, anorexic and depressed with panic attacks. They've been married 12 years, but she still hasn't grown up and he's gotten worse. Mr. Kimby and his brother are estranged over the stress this brother has caused their parents. Sad. Can't blame the parents for leaving, but abandoning the house to them sure allows them to continue their disfunctional ways.

Here is the link for the tea leaves without having to go back to page 1. My fortune for today is better than usual: As the steam from the tea evaporates, I see many interesting events in your future! The presence of so many circles suggests that much happiness may be headed your way!
Near the top of the cup I see a candle. You are well-protected in your current situation. I also see an ostrich. You are at the start of a long spiritual journey.
At the bottom of the cup is a foot. Now may be a good time for rest. Save your energies for a better day. I also see a witch. Something you value may be taken from you if you are not watchful of another. Be careful and you may remain happy.
All the shapes reveal themselves in a clear clockwise spiral within the cup. Your foretold fortune may be closer than you think. The letter N is apparent at the rim of the cup. Look for someone with this initial to alter your life during the next year. I could do without the witch, though.

I have to say this would have kind of spooked me ...if i did not believe in coincidence
part of my reading was
ong the top rim of the cup is an anchor. Take some time out to relax. Rejuvenation will refresh you and leave you free to plan new life paths. I also see a palm tree.

I don't believe in this sort of thing. BUT it seems to have got me right ;D ;D ;D
As the steam from the tea evaporates, I see many interesting events in your future! The few squares that reveal themselves in the cup suggest that the rough times you experienced recently are passing. Look for bluer skies ahead.

As the steam from the tea evaporates, I see many interesting events in your future!
Near the top of the cup I see a dog. Friends surround you now. Your life may become even more of a party. I also see an owl, suggesting that you will find much if you search for wisdom.
At the bottom of the cup is a moon. A current relationship is in for unexpected changes over the next few lunar cycles. Prepare yourself for anything! I also see a tower. A detour from your current route may prove the fastest way to success.
All the shapes reveal themselves in a clear clockwise spiral within the cup. Look for your fortune to change quickly. The letter L is apparent at the rim of the cup. A person with this initial may be on his or her way to you soon.
READS GOOD TO ME!
