Wow, what a breathtakingly beautiful place! Thanks for this excellent report. The beauty and variety of the marine life is extraordinary. I, for one, think you have every reason to be proud of the video of the barrel-rolling manta ray. I would have been so flustered I would have dropped the camera.
Were you nervous seeing the lion fish?

Thank you Nycgirl. No not nervous of the lion fish - they move so slowly and don't attack

Just wonderful, lugg. Some of them breathtaking. I especially love the sky/cloud shots, and those of wildlife. The lizard closeups make me smile. So glad you included the manta video: otherwordly.
Your bungalow looks perfect. Transition back to UK life must take some doing.
Coincidentally, tonight at work we had to deal with a lionfish sting, the first in ages. From an aquarium, of course. I think a lionfish turned out to be the murderer in one of Sherlock Holmes' stories.

Done yourself proud once again Lugg! The close proximity to the manta ray scared me- I kept thinking of Steve Owen and his freak accidental death. The photos of the flowers are lovely, only eclipsed by the wonderful photos of the fish! Great report - thanks!
