Isn't it strange that there is no thread dedicated to music in the Image Bank? Kinda strikes a wrong note, doesn't it? Well, now there is one. Here's the place to show your best photos of musical instruments, musicians, music being made, etc.

Ain't those women got PIZZ-AZZ. Love their outfits. Great photo, Mossie. Did they sound good?

I found that band playing excellent swing at Place de la Bataille de Stalingrad one Sunday afternoon a few years ago.

The little drummer boy! Great pic, Kerouac. What's the significance of the blackface guy in a woman's hat?

That's all part of the carnival in Dunkerque.

Here is part of a band preceding a wedding procession up rue Lepic. Note the see-through wedding dress and the brides father in his flowered shirt, all very bohemian.

Great photos all! I particularly like that chap in the top hat and tails - what a jolly bloke! How fortunate you were to be right there when the wedding came up rue Lepic Mossie. Was it this last trip?

Hope you had a good trip, am waiting for your pictures.
That shot on rue Lepic was a few years ago, I didn't venture up to Montmartre on my last trip.

Ooh, I'd better not go too far back in my collections, or I'll fill pages and pages. And this weekend there's an Early Music Festival just over the river from me, in Greenwich: My blog | My photos | My video clips"too literate to be spam"

Just stumbling upon this thread. Too many excellent ones to mention, but I do love the feeling of the one above.
This spring, a man embarked at Greenwich, westbound on the Thames Clipper with me and my daughter, who made me think, there's Patrick! He didn't have a camera, though.
