That's a huge production for little kids. I was in a nativity play just once, in 1st grade. I was a shepherd and all I had to do was stand there.

Thanks so much! Yes, the entire play takes one hour. In the videos you can see the teacher who produced it, going through the actions with the children and prompting them continuously. She is sitting next to the piano.
It is a very casual affair and the children wave and gesture to their doting parents - in the first video 'Tonight, tonight' you can hear, at the end, my youngest grandson shout out to his brother "Go Tan!" and we get the thumbs up. Two children sang solo songs with a hand held microphone - very brave.
