That food looks so good and beautifully prepared. I never eat deep fried food, but would certainly make an exception for those delicate and non-greasy calamari rings. That's a nice presentation of the tuna. What are the greens beneath it? Also, is that a tomato sauce surrounding the goat cheese? I assume that was eaten with that gorgeous bread.

Fried calamari, if properly done, hold very little grease, and are about the only fried food I go for, a couple of times a year. Though I prefer a mix of rings and tentacles - I'm especially fond of tentacles!

The goat cheese was in a tomato sauce,rather thick but not too. I can't say enough about the tuna because it was that good and I would love to do it that way myself,and will.It was on a bed of mixed salad greens. It's on the menu as a salad but easily qualifies as a tapas dish. The calamari was sooooo fresh,it was not chewy at all,very,very tender,you could cut it real easily with a fork. If fried properly,fresh oil etc. and good fish/seafood,I love it fried. One of our dining companions is not a fried food fan per say,and she scarfed it down.
