If there had not been the detached hand joint in the photo, I'm sure that some of us would have puzzled over the fakeness of the person.

Yeah ~ if the arms had been overly tattooed to hide the joint, we might have thought it was a towheaded hipster. Is it supposed to be Monet in his garden, Lugg?

*snork!* on the Monet remark.
Nifty sculptures. Are they all radiating off of light poles?

I didn't actually check to see where the supporting cables were attached. I'd guess dedicated support poles, like real tightrope walkers - lamp standards probably wouldn't hold the weight. My blog | My photos | My video clips | My Librivox recordings"too literate to be spam"

I remember we used to call continental lager "gnatspiss", but that is taking things to extremes.

Should this person be out of bed? He has another 5 or 6 items on his thigh, knee, calf, foot, etc. Otherwise, he looks quite fit.

(Outside a waterworks in Amsterdam. I do not understand the Dutch sense of humour. That's an artwork ("Lady Solid") by (German?) artist Caro Bensca. It was originally designed for another location (Krugerplein), but the locals did not like it ("Offensive, obscene and insulting") and it was ultimately sold to a water company.
