I was seeing a client last week on Kensal Road. This is a long road, part domestic, part commercial with some very interesting properties. Indeed my client's house was once either a factory or a warehouse. Here are some that caught my eye - This one says it is the Cobden Working Mens Club and Institute and after I took the picture a local started talking to me about the properties on the road and it turns out that this is now occupied as a house by the model Caprice!

You have such a good eye for architecture, Mick!
Very interesting to see that lovely carving in the brick facade, especially after being exposed to it for the first time recently in one of Mossie's threads. And kudos to Caprice for keeping the facade of her building intact.
More!
