Beautiful pics of a charming area. In such weather did you have a choucroute/sauerkraut ? (You said you had).

Yes, my husband had choucroute on Sunday. It wasn't really warm. I don't think he would have ordered it Wednesday ... with 30°.

Just beautiful, Amboseli! And I really admire you for getting so many good pictures despite being with people who weren't at all picture-takers. I am surprised to see those bunches of grapes so far advanced. Is that normal for this time of year? I absolutely love all your landscape shots.

Lovely photos, as we have come to expect from you, Amboseli!
Looking at these pictues of Alsace, I realize how much variation there is in France. Same country but it's so different from where I live. Did you have the time to visit the museum in Colmar?

Thanks!! We didn't visit the museum. We were happy to have an hour in Colmar for a stroll and for taking pictures.

Some very picturesque buildings, beautifully shot.
The stork and young with the nest perched on top of a telephone pole amused me. And in the very next picture, what is that on top of the Mairie.....a moustache??

It's a beautiful region in any season. I see we got a lot of the same buildings!
