Not "Adriano"?
How idiotic not to have built the floodgates. I was in Amsterdam during Katrina and the Dutch simply did not understand how a wealthy country could not have kept up and improved the levées.

France/Spain/Portugal make a list of names for southern European storms -- Adrian, Beatriz, Carlos, Diana, Etienne... UK/Ireland/Netherlands make a list of names for northern European storms -- Ali, Bronagh, Callum, Dierdre, Erik, Freya...
Northern Europe has already used the first three names this year.
