The René Magritte Museum opened this month on Place Royale in Bruxelles. It has the largest collection of Magritte works in the world, only normal I suppose.

Oh my goodness! Is that the actual building in the first picture, or a painting of a building that looks like a painting? Just wonderful. Have you been to the museum?

That is the museum building. (That is not the museum building; that is a photograph of it.) (That is not a photograph; that is a digital representation of a photograph.) (That is not a digital representation; that is an image in your brain.)
I have not had a chance to visit yet but it is too crowded now. It will be better after summer.

I love it! It must have taken ages to paint the building. Were there gawkers, or was it all covered from the public eye?
(Sorry for all the questions. Perhaps you weren't in Brussels when this was going up.)

That is great. Printed onto panels, I wonder, rather than pained onto the building?
My father had a book of Magritte reproductions that I used to be fascinated by as a kid.

I read that the covering has now been taken off the museum. Can you confirm this, fulgenzio?

Well, it would be an eye-catching opening gambit anyway. Glad I got to see the photo I mean the image reflected on my retina.

I can confirm that the cover has been removed. I went especially to see it in Brussels and was disappointed to see it was gone -- the cover, not the museum.

Considering your color scheme is so important when choosing which art to steal.

Yes, but I feel if one manages to acquire a really exceptional piece, it's worth changing the drapes to match it.
