Yeah before I read anything I saw the picture and thought it was an image of someone dressed as a religious icon and being paraded through the streets for some kind of saint day.
Then I thought it was some mad woman’s wedding dress.

OMG,see the woman on the right,blonde ,to the right of the other blonde smiling? Her expression? That would be me,even resembles me.
Some of the "boys" in the French Quarter would kill for that outfit.
