Some of you people like this stuff. (The scenes of Paris are lovely, but the film does not live up to its promises.) It has already played in most of the world, but it appears to be coming out just this month in North America. www.apple.com/trailers/independent/paris/Here's the Quicktime version for those of us who like a better resolution. I'll agree with K2, though; the cinematography is great, and the clothing is spectacular, but the actual story is lacking. It's not bad, but the gravitas isn't there.

I guess this could go here. Saw "Rififi" (1954),Jules Dassin directed . Incredible shots of Paris. Watched last p.m. with my brother.
