Is there some kind of trick to get these videos to play without cutting out 3/4's of the way through?

Yeah. You have to start them over, then pause them for a few moments. They always seem to cut out the first time.

Unless it tastes, as it does to some, like soap. For one, I cannot tolerate cilantro. If in a recipe I want to try, I just sub Italian parsley, which grows abundantly in my little garden.
