You can always right-click on an image to save it to your computer (assuming you have first checked the copyright position, of course.....) and then do whatever your operating system requires in the way of setting a screen-saver (in the case of Windows, it's the control panel on the start menu, then Appearance and Themes.
Or did you mean combining and animating images?
