Yes, I know that the title is provocative, but it should not be forgotten that one of the reasons that Germany would have liked to rule the world was because it felt it was so technologically superior to the other countries, and that was close enough to the truth.

The world might be much more advanced now if we had not been obliged to blow each other to pieces during WW2 for ideological and humanitarian reasons.

I agree, in many ways, Germany was technologically superior to other countries at that time. It didn't get as far as it did during WW2 without a little know how.

If we divorce ourselves from thinking about the politics of Germany at that time, the posters are wonderful examples of that era of design. Also, it's interesting to see how old some modern products are. I wonder why poster #5 (which is fabulous) is in English. Tourism, maybe?
