The picture of the dusty bottles reminded me of the one bottle that we had with our lunch, which I would have to find the receipt to tell you what the wine was, looked exactly like one of those.

Back when my company was a high roller on the Paris scene, the top management would sometimes invite VIP's to places like the Tour d'Argent. One of the advantages of working in the boring finance office is that we would get to see all of the itemized receipts, so we were well versed in the price of food and drink in such places.
However, company policy forbids us from paying for any beverages containing alcohol. You would not believe the incredible amounts that we sometimes paid for things mysteriously called "miscelleneous refreshments."
