Would this be the appropriate forum to list amusing (to English speakers) Mexican Spanish brand names?
Example: Nugs candy bars. Bimbo bakery products.
More, on request.

Request. Not sure what double entendre nugs is, bimbo just means male baby in Italian so I'm assuming it's the same in Spanish.

The Bimbo in the bakery sense was the white osito de peluche (Teddy bear) of the founder's child. "nugs" apparently has something to do with marijuana buds.
More examples later.

I must go on a quest for Nugs. I never heard of them, so maybe they're not sold here.
Does this confection contain nougat and is it possible that Nugs is from that, as other English derivatives are used for brand names?

Yes, they are a nougat type candy bar. We have coconut and peanut. The coconut is better. More odd, amusing Spanish brand names (you know, I think this has been done before but not necessarily here.) Adelante: Bollocks sandwich bags. F.A.R.T. Radio Taxi, Morelia.

You all have better ones than we have here. The only really funny one I've seen I mentioned once in another thread -- the business named Gene Farm. The double-take told me it was a drugstore: a farmacia that sold brands genericos.
I recognize Nugs' parent company by the rose logo, but our demographics must not make us worthy of Nugs.

Fart has a clean meaning in French too - it refers to the wax or other substance applied to skis to prevent them sticking to the snow (depending on the surface). Applying le fart is called le fartage; the verb is "farter".
But then, "sale" means dirty in French...
The Bollocks thing is hilarious... The Maghrebi butchers near here sell sheep testicles. I guess one could store them in those bags.

Personally, I'd find a different company for my plastics needs:
