Wow. If that thing were available tomorrow, the collective sound of every other laptop in the world hitting the garbage bin would be heard around the world.
I tried googling it, and most of the hits are from Oct. & Nov. of 2009, although the video in the OP is from September of '09. I guess that means it's not commercially available yet, right?

Meanwhile, I can't get the sound to work on my very ordinary HP portable. Never had such problems before; very annoying.

LaGatta, before you do anything else, Google your problem. Quite often others have had a similar issue and can tell you whether it needs a technician or if there is a fix you can do yourself. Good luck.
