Tales of Asia has always been one of my favorite travel sites. I followed the adventures of its creator for years -- An American photographer based in Siem Reap, Cambodia, married to a Thai and now running a guesthouse there. His growing family appears to have become of greater importance than his fascinating blog, but for those who have never read it, it is all there in the archives. There is also quite a bit of travel information for all of the rest of Southeast Asia.

What a great site! It's very lively-looking but not "busy" and also quite organized. I peeked into their forum, & it's full of friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful people. I can see why it's a favorite travel site for you & others.

Hey! Is that your forum? It's extremely impressive! Thrilled to see you here. No, it's not mine. It belongs to the 'Tales of Asia' website. I just participate in it. This one looks quite promising, I see some familiar names from TT (where I still post). Thanks for the invite, Kerouac2!
