Ooh...imec...these are so wonderful! And would be an excellent photography lesson for me if I ever saw snow! My brother, who inherited the photography gene which thus far eludes me, has said that he "sees" images in terms of light and dark. I, on the other hand, see images in terms of color. Thus, he is a better photographer, but I am better at other artistic skills.

I was reading that it is an urban legend that the Inuit have so many different words for snow, but looking at these photographs, I find that it is a shame that it isn't true! Each little variation has something unique about it.
