Paris: budget studios and apartments

Here is a beautiful place that I think would be great for a few days, perhaps longer, in Belleville. It's a spacious studio in the home of an artist, Phillipe Barnier. You could share his living room and garden. Not a bad price, 75E/night, less if staying longer.

I may be working for a bit in Europe this autumn and thinking of doing a week or at least a few days in Paris, and I want to be in Eastern Paris (18th, 19th, 20th) where most of my friends live, and where one is also more likely to find something I can afford!

I like the Zen Center, but it has gone up in price quite a bit, and is beyond my means...

That's nice, Lagatta. It looks like its got everything you might need. Do know if it's a new listing for the owner? I ask because I don't see any reviews for this, or for the other property he owns.
