We don't have that in France. Actually, a lot of things are 'played' with instead -- jouer avec ses faiblesses, jouer sur les sentiments, jouer sur les peurs...

I just tried Google translate but got "jeux d'esprit", which is not what it means, I believe.
Maybe you could say "quel manipulateur!"?
