Decided to make pancakes for tonight's dinner. Since we have buckwheat flour, it would be better with savoury pancakes.
What filling shall I add? HELP!

Thank youuuu! was snowed under work so didn't get to check your replies until now... but quite near what we chose!
We had some with either one or two of the following ingredients: - pan-fried chopped onions - cheese - ham
and we finished with butter, lemon and sugar.
