That is sheep poop! I'm old, but I'm not that old. I ate lamb my whole life, right up until the time I left the US. Yeah! My Mom used to feed me lamb chops, broiled to juiceless death. I'd eat them with mustard.

The words "lamb chops" always conjure up the same memory for me. Whenever we'd have them at my grandparents' house, my grandfather would sort of watch everyones plate out of the corner of his eye. The moment you were finished (or just resting), he'd point at the cut-off, pushed aside lamb fat on your plate and say, "Are you going to eat that?" as his fork expectantly approached your plate.
I distinctly remember being around 14 and thinking "Eeeeeeuuuuww!" Then I grew up and learned to appreciate his avid interest in those crisp, browned, moist, succulent discards.
