I suppose that as of Easter Sunday, these ladies wear outfits of a completely different colour?

These pictures aren't very good, but since I spent my evening at a film premiere with Timothée Chalamet and Armie Hammer, I thought it was interesting to compare the public image of a 22 year old actor (with a best actor Oscar nomination this year!) to a veteran aged 31. I really loved the fact that Timothée Chamalet has not yet been formatted into looking like a movie star.

I recently saw Timothée Chalamet in Lady Bird. He was pretty good, even though he was sort of typecast towards his looks.

Lady Bird has not yet been released here. Oddly enough, both films (the other one being obviously Call Me By Your Name) are being released on the very same day in France -- 28 February.
Anyway, he was really excellent in the film I saw, although I kind of doubt that it was worthy of the Oscar nomination that it received. As for Armie Hammer, I am on the verge of writing about him in the "Actors who can't act" thread. But at the premiere, he was very sincere and likeable, so I don't think I will do so.

Marvelous photos, Bixa's older ladies carry the traditions on, the older couple have seen it all (great lighting btw) and a young man makes new traditions.
Mossie's girl is full of self confidence and humour which comes through the lens.
Mark has captured the tiredness of the workmen so well.
Kerouac How did you get that lighting effect? Do you travel with a black curtain when you venture out? It is stunning.

Well, if the young Timothee ever wants a CD or DVD cover pic, he will have to go far to beat your pic. It is a 'money shot'.

He is so sensitive in his manner...looks like one of the romantic poets...a young, innocent Byron perhaps? Thanks for the extra drool photo.

That lady was just visiting the planet Earth temporarily and did not notice me on the bus.
