Obviously, camels are found in many places besides Egypt, but this seems like a good place to put this interesting information.

Coo....very strange animals camels...but they probably feel the same way about us. When my OH worked in the Yemen years and years ago he ate camel...he says that camel's adenoids very tasty

I very vaguely remember eating camel hump. It was meaty though, not fatty, and conserved in oil. I think we bought it in something that looked very much like an old aluminium milk bottle.

Anybody from the US remember this company? It's a bad picture anyway, and when the trucks whizzed by on the highway, we kids always thought it was an octopus. Also, we didn't know the slang term, so were further confused.
