And believe it or not, those are municipal streetlights on rue Watt.

Thanks, Kerouac.
I adore Kimby's big top photo and Kerouac's #92, with its long ago and far away feel. The modern twisty lights in the tunnel are pretty darned fine, too.

I am happy that rue Watt was "saved." It was a quirky old street already famous for being mostly in a tunnel under the Gare d'Austerlitz train tracks. It was creepy and dank and perfect for murder mysteries (a number of which mentioned it). When it was suddenly closed off when the industrial zone was demolished and rebuilt (as in "Unrecognizable Paris"), I thought it was gone forever, since it is not really one of the busiest or most useful streets in Paris. But now it is back and I am happy about that.

It looks like very low overhead clearance so I looked at gooigle street view and yes, it is signed as 2,3 m. A lot of vehicles wouldn't fit through.

One of many glass ceilings in the Wisconsin State Capitol. They admit daylight during the day, and have built in lighting above the glass for after the sun goes down.

Fireflies in the Water by Yayoi Kusama. (The museum has a strict no-photo policy, but I couldn't resist.) Very nice video here.

I honestly don't know how I came to take this picture of the creek. Since it's not really a reflection of anything but light and water I thought it might belong here.
