The first one - Colloidal silver...I know that it's touted as being a cure-all. A friend of mine suggested I spray it into my eyes three times a day (I wear contact lenses and so does she)...I bought a bottle and swallowed some of it but finally threw it out. Thank goodness. Of course the man portrayed above consumed masses of it.

Growing up there were a brother and sister about the same age as me who had Hypertrichosis. I saw them in the street recently and the sister seems to have had a lot of it removed, although I guess not permanently.
Of course they were called the werewolf kids between my brother and I as long as we weren't in hearing distance of any adults who would have killed us for saying it.

My sister has Vitiligo, thankfully only on her hand. I have a friend who has vitiligo on both his hands and feet, but since he has a fair complexion, it is generally only noticeable in the summer when the rest of him is tan.

It's the same with my sister Kerouac. In Winter it is basically invisible.
