WoW and WoW again! What a fantastic photo. Of course I recognise the tulips but what are all those blue flowers....looks like Plumbago but It is growing too low for that.

No they should flush more often than that but until 2 years ago it was in a fairly small pot so not really getting the water and nutrients it needs to persuade it. All the rain we have had this summer has encouraged it.
