I just came across an interesting movie. There are some interesting concepts. It is over two hours long.

Ooooh, it's just before midnight here and I'm working tomorrow, so not clicking on it!
Although of course, like fumobici, I generally find your idea of "interesting concepts" to vary a bit widely from my own. Nevertheless, I have an open mind and am always willing to give such things a chance.

Yes, K2 we do have differenet views on some things, corn on the cob comes to mind. But I think you will even find a a few things in this movie you will like. Sorry it is so long, but I had nothing to do with that.

Did ancient cultures encode knowledge that could help us survive and thrive today?
What if there were a true code – a message encrypted by people centuries ago – a message so important that it could give us access to clean, boundless energy and a template for designing sustainable systems for humanity?
And what if there were powers that would stop at nothing to keep this code concealed?
This is in fact what 40 years of research led me to and the film, THRIVE, lays out how just such critical and advanced understanding has been sent across time to us from numerous ancient cultures. It has been passed down through stories, icons, buildings, and even alphabets in places all around the world, from Central America, to Egypt, to China. And now, at this critical crossroads in human evolution, it is being de-coded…
Utter, utter, unadulterated and absolute bollocks.
Answer me one question, anyone - why on earth would the Ancients who possessed the knowledge to "give us access to clean, boundless energy and a template for designing sustainable systems for humanity" then encrypt it? Why the fuck would they do that and not just write it down cleanly and boldly for all to see, rather than make us go through the hoops to get to it? As a joke? Can you imagine, if it was true, the amount of people who would have had access to this knowledge in ancient times - and then having a meeting to say "Look guys, we're going to really fuck up our future generations by encrypting this into pretty patterns. Don't anyone let on. All of you destroy all and every reference we have to it in a readable form. We just was this encrypted version to survive".
Crap. Crap. Crap. It goes to prove the thought I've always had - that just because you are intelligent, doesn't mean you're not stupid. ('You' meaning in this case the 'minds' in the website that support it)

Sounds like the theme of a new Dan Brown novel
