Killer shot, Htmb! I love the lighting and composition.
I forgot to mention on your NYC thread, that sign you pictured in your report was posted because two German artists managed to climb on the bridge and replace the American flags with white ones. It was a harmless stunt but demonstrated a major weakness in security, so the authorities are cracking down on that sort of thing.

Oh, that last one is similiar to the support pillars of the Pompidou Centre in Metz. Might be the same architect.

Tod, a mixture of seaweed, dead vegetation and gulls feathers. The ridges demonstrate how the tide is building these spits by moving the shingle along the coastline. Also bits of plastic and other rubbish.
