Orange cats always look so comforting and less demonic than most others even though we all know it isn't true.

Out of the mist -- great, timeless photograph. Love the horse looking right into the camera.

Yes I do, Htmb. That's a wonderful capture of The Guardian of the Garden.
Your sweet kitty looks so relaxed & pettable, Amboseli.

Indeed they are, LaGatta. Our vet has ten dogs of her own, so my three go stay at her house when I'm out of town. They loooove her, but positively adore her husband. He comes to the house to pick them up, & they go off so willingly that I'm a little hurt.

Travelling with one's cat is something of a complete rarity here. Any animal that is travelling with you is....FOOD! Goats, chickens and sheep are hauled along in a bus or some public vehicle for one purpose only....a meal down the line.
Thanks to Kerouac for showing us the train kitty, Mickthecactus for a sleepy cat on a window ledge and Htmb for showing us a domesticated Llama....can't say I envy the poor thing.

Oh my, an utterly delightful collection of critters, here. I've looked at every page. Thank you all for the Sunday entertainment! Here are a few from Oregon, USA: A sweet boxer that I met at a park this summer. He fell head-over-heels for me. Granddaughter with one of her chickens, named "Friendly Hudson." The pianist. Trainspotting.

That is one super shot of your granddaughter cuddling her chicken. I bet it didn't allow too much of that!

What a wonderful collection of photos. I had no idea that Llamas could be trained to pull carts - did not imagine that they had the strength ?? ~165 is super Bixa. Htmb one of those horses looks most startled to see you and is thinking of turning and fleeing I suspect.
